Custom Orders
Custom orders are always welcome. As a small company in Burlington, Vermont, Cyprus Copper Designs is very flexible and willing to work around the customer’s needs. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance, and exceeding your expectations is our goal. Most custom orders start with a simple phone conversation, discussing your needs and the theme you are striving for. This conversation will begin the creative process and generate many ideas for your one-of-a kind piece. Pictures are a great way to communicate and illustrate your needs, which will save time during the design process. After the initial sketches are sent to you, Cyprus Copper Designs will work with you until you are completely satisfied. Once we have your approval and deposit, your project will begin in the order of which it was received.

Initial design and consultation fees start at $120. This gives the designer, Alistair Parker, time to research the project and create a few sketches which will then be submitted to you via e-mail, fax or mail. For more involved projects which require extensive research and networking, the fee is $60 per hour thereafter. However, IF YOU ACCEPT A DESIGN AND WE RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT, WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU THE DESIGN FEE. If a site visit is necessary or requested, additional fees may include 1/2 of the travel time, airfare/travel, gas/toll expenses, accommodations and meals.
